We are currently looking to fill the following positions:

Business Analysts

These positions require strong analytical skills. Business Analysts must have experience with business process analysis, data analysis, and demonstrate strong skills in the areas of project planning, written and verbal communication, and problem solving. Must have experience writing comprehensive business requirements and functional specifications for medium to large sized projects.

  1. Extensive experience in the financial services industry is essential. Experience must include exposure to multiple business lines within investment management firms, global custodian banks, brokerage firms, and/or investment product software companies.
  2. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  3. Strong organizational and team interaction skills.
  4. Understanding of and experience working through project life cycles.
  5. Understanding of and exposure to systems development and production.
  6. Ability to work in a complex, dynamic, and fast-changing environment.
  7. Self-starter, flexible problem-solver with the ability to understand, document, and drive to resolution complex business issues, processes, and requirements.
  8. Possess influencing and negotiating skills with the ability to communicate effectively with peers and senior management.
  9. Possess effective presentation skills.

Business System Analysts

These positions require strong technical and analytical skills. Business Systems Analysts must have experience with business process analysis, data analysis, and demonstrate strong skills in the areas of project planning, written and verbal communication, and problem solving.

  1. Extensive experience working in systems development with an emphasis on analysis and design.
  2. Strong systems knowledge. Knowledge and expertise with query tools desirable.
  3. Prototyping experience including knowledge of interface design standards and usage of prototyping tools.
  4. Extensive experience in the financial services industry is essential. Experience must include exposure to multiple business lines within investment management firms, global custodian banks, brokerage firms, and/or investment product software companies.
  5. Practical experience with enterprise software packages.
  6. Understanding of and experience working through project life cycles.
  7. Understanding of and exposure to systems development and production.
  8. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  9. Strong organizational and team interaction skills.
  10. Ability to work in a complex, dynamic, and fast changing environment. Self-starter, flexible problem-solver with the ability to understand, document and drive to resolution complex business issues, processes, and requirements.

IT Specialists

Java, XML, Net Dynamics, C++, C, VB, HTML
UNIX, Windows NT, VMS
Oracle, Sybase, MS SQL Server, Access

These positions require technical analysis, design, code development, and testing skills. Experience with multiple technical architectures/platforms, multiple programming languages, database analysis, and unit/system test plan development and execution. Ability to work in both a team environment and independently. Ability to take detailed business requirements or functional specifications and create technical application design specifications. Emphasis on problem solving capabilities. Ability to multi-task required.

  1. Extensive experience in the financial services industry and application development is desired. Experience should include exposure to multiple business lines within investment management firms, global custodian banks, brokerage firms, and/or investment product software companies.
  2. Understanding of and experience working throughout project life cycle.
  3. Understanding of and exposure to systems development and production implementation.
  4. Ability to work in a complex, dynamic and fast-changing environment.
  5. Strong organizational and team interaction skills.
  6. Self-starter, flexible-problem solver with the ability to understand, technically design, and build applications per identified business requirements and functional specifications.
  7. Ability to interact with associates at all levels of the organization.
